                The insurers that will pave the road to the future will be those that figure out to seamlessly serve customers by matching each product to the right distribution channel. My family recently purchased me a coffee cup with the slogan, “I’m not always sarcastic, sometimes I’m sleeping.” And I get really sarcastic about the notion that insurers put the customer first.
