Canadian insurer Promutuel Insurance has launched its digital auto insurance certificate. Now accepted as valid proof of insurance by Quebec police officers, the digital insurance certificate allows motorists to have, on their mobile device, the certificate proving that they have the compulsory insurance required by law.
