Policyholders will be able to find medical providers in Now Health's network by location or the name of the facility, for both in and out patient treatments. The app can provide a list of the top 100 providers closest to the policyholder's location and allow policyholders to make calls to book appointments and add them to their calendars. Customers without access to Now Health's cashless network can use the app to submit reimbursement claims, which are the same format as the current claim form. Previous information will be retained to make submitting claims faster.
