Toronto-based cyber insurtech BOXX Insurance has announced that it is expanding to the US. The company has appointed Hilario Itriago as president of BOXX USA. The expansion comes on the heels of a $10 million Series A funding round.

Itriago, who is based in Miami, has been instrumental in the expansion of the insurtech ecosystem in the US and Latin America, BOXX Insurance said.
