The service has been trialled by some AXA PPP healthcare clients since May, and is now available to all large corporate clients with AXA PPP private medical insurance (PMI) policies. Doctor@Hand allows patients to have secure video consultations with a UK GP, with appointments available between 8am and 10pm UK time, every day. Patients will be able to make appointments wherever they are in the world and be able to choose a specific GP.
