Australia: Insurers urged to step up for digitally-savvy Gen Y

Insurance companies are urged to address the comparatively low level of satisfaction felt by Generation Y, broadly those currently aged 15 to 35 years, who are digitally savvy and are not swayed by traditional sales models. The 2016 World Insurance Report, released recently by consultants Capgemini, shows that although overall global satisfaction levels have improved, the increasingly powerful Generation Y consumers are far from impressed, reported the Herald Sun.
