How many companies do you hear say, we are customer centric? It's the holy grail of slogans!

Pretty much all of them right? To be fair, I can't imagine many would ever come out and say we are NOT customer centric. Many will also tell you we are employee/colleague first. I see this more and more, especially when it comes to purpose, values and direction.
