XL Catlin has appointed Vincent Branch as CEO of its InsurTech unit Accelerate. Branch was previously chief underwriting officer and chief actuary for UK medical insurance specialist VitalityHealth. Prior to this role, he was the global chief underwriting officer for personal lines at Zurich.
